2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Bintang Athletics, we are committed to ensuring your athletic apparel fits perfectly and performs exceptionally. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is outlined below.
2.1 Return & Exchange Windows

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Requests initiated outside of this window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2.2 Product Eligibility & Condition Guidelines
Due to the performance and hygienic nature of sportswear, items must meet the following strict criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange:

The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of athletic use (e.g., sweat marks, deodorant stains, scents, or pet hair).

All original product tags, branded packaging, and labels must remain securely attached.

For hygienic reasons, undergarments, socks, and compression base-layers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they possess a verifiable manufacturing defect.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is defective or a logistics error occurred on our part, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees to our fulfillment warehouse. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.
2.4 Processing Time & Compensation Method
Once your return package is delivered to our facility and passes our quality inspection team, your return will be processed within 7 business days. Approved returns will be compensated via online transfer.
